The Graduate Diploma in Management (Learning) was created in collaboration with the business community to equip professionals with the skills necessary to direct organisational development programmes and activities.
The capacity to manage and lead organisational development activities and projects as well as capability development in a corporation is provided by this qualification, which also gives managerial knowledge and skills in the subject of organisational learning.
This becomes crucial when organisations engage in change management, team enhancement initiatives, or other activities that call for internal corporate training

Admission Criteria
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma qualification in any field of study (onshore or offshore) or equivalent; or
- Bachelor Degree in any field of study (onshore or offshore) or equivalent; or
- Evidence of relevant work experience (no less than 3 years in a senior management or leadership position).
